Application of terms and condition

These terms apply to all trade carried out between Alexandra Hinsch and all real estate agents, developers, builders, companies and individuals. These terms are effective from the above date until these terms of trade are replaced by another document.

 

Delivery

Whenever deemed possible by Alexandra Hinsch all photographs of property will be delivered via email on the same day or next business day after the photos have been taken unless other arrangements have been made. Floor plans may take a little longer.

 

Copyright

Copyright is held by Alexandra Hinsch and is not transferable.  Any photography supplied by Alexandra Hinsch now or in the future is to be used for the current marketing campaign associated with the company or individual that organized the photography. Any request for sub-licensing of photographs (via print or internet or any other medium) taken by Alexandra Hinsch, which is outside the original marketing campaign (including use by architects, builders, painters, kitchen suppliers, stylists and any print or web publications or secondary marketing of a property after original was completed), must be made in writing to Alexandra Hinsch, for consideration.

Alexandra Hinsch retains the right to use images for the purpose of self promotion, for example; advertising, social media, website.

 

Damage

Although all care is taken while photographing every property, Alexandra Hinsch accepts no responsibility for any damage or breakages during this process. Alexandra Hinsch or any employee shall not be liable for any legal action, claim or damages resulting from or arising out of the publication of the photographs or other use.

 

Styling

Basic styling is the arranging or rearranging of furniture or accessories to draw out the best features of the property for the purpose of the photos. This does not include cleaning of any part of the property. The package booked for the property should take into consideration the time necessary for the amount of styling needed for each individual property. The styling and the photography needs to be completed within the allocated time for each individual photographic package. If more time is needed there is an option to add extra time to the shoot depending on availability.

Elevated photography

Elevated photography is included in the unlimited photo shoots at the discretion of the photographer, as not all properties may benefit from elevated photos. The telescopic pole will not be raised in wet or windy weather conditions.

 

Travel Surcharge

Forty-Five minutes of travel to and from a site is included with a photo shoot. Sites that require travel beyond this limit may incur a surcharge.

Payment

Agents – All fees must be paid to Alexandra Hinsch within 15 days of invoice unless otherwise determined in writing between Alexandra Hinsch and the agent.

Individual – All fees must be paid COD unless otherwise arranged in writing between Alexandra Hinsch and the individual.

 

Recovery of Payment

All bad debts will be passed on to a debt collecting service. All costs relating to the recovery of overdue accounts will be added to the original fees and must be paid by the individual/company who made the booking.
