Daytime Photo Shoots
Daytime photo shoots are the most versitile shoot and are perfect to show off a sparkling pool or lovely gardens. Also good for an elevated or treed outlook and great to capture that seaside or river view.
For all photo shoots, we use ambient lighting with the additions of extra lighting to enhance the characteristics of the property and to create a light, bright and appealing set of images.
Each shot is meticulously set up, adjusting any furniture, decorative items or window furnishings necessary to enhance the overall atmosphere and lifestyle of the property. If the property is already styled and ready, this allows us more time to take more images and extra angles demonstrating how the property flows.
Back in the office we process the images individually blending the various exposures to create a stunning and natural representation of the property. A blue sky is always added where necessary, colours are saturated, lawns are greened and elements such as electrical cords or pool cleaners are digitally removed minimising any distractions when each image is viewed.
Elevated Photography
Using a telescopic pole which can be positioned anywhere on a property allows for a perspective that looks fantastic and give much more information than just ground level. This elevation is included in all photography packages.
Twilight Photography
Twilight shoots work well for properties with lots of lighting such as down lights or feature lighting inside and out. This time of day enhances the colour and ambience of the lighting for a property promoting warmth and glamour. The lower light levels help disguise any blemishes a property may have. And of course any city view will just sparkle.
Twilight shoots are scheduled around sunset to capture the time of day when the lighting inside and out is fairly even. However, photographing the property commences before sunset allowing outside to still be seen through windows making the room feel larger and less closed in.
For all photo shoots, we bring in extra lighting where needed as well as allowing the ambient lighting of the property to portray its characteristics during dusk.

Drone photography provides a number of ways to show off the key elements of your property.
